James,

Thanks not only for the excellent recent series but for all the excellent and practical ideas you share in your blog. As our church is considering how to be more intentional in both leadership development and strengthening volunteer ministry, I find your site encouraging and helpful. I've introduced a few ministry leaders to the first edition of your "Handle with Care" ebook and hope they like it enough to maybe do a group study with the new edition.

As someone who likes to write and loves people, in a world where fewer take the time to read and sharpen the axe, I just wanted you to know you're making a difference.

Have a good break, and look forward to seeing what's next!

Thank you for the kind words and encouragement! Also, thanks for spreading around the first edition of the Handle With Care ebook - I'm glad your church is benefiting from it!
