John C. Maxwell
- the best leaders are listeners
- leaders listen, learn, then lead
- when we listen, problems that could be big probably aren’t
- the successful leader puts the right people in the right place
- the successful person puts himself in the right place
- “don’t send your ducks to eagle school”
- 1) they will get frustrated
- 2) the eagles get frustrated
- 3) you will frustrate yourself
- if you are in the wrong position, you won’t be successful
- don’t manage your time, manage your life
